SMS
Send SMS messages through Azure Communication Services.
Call POST /notifications/sms/send with the Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key header and a JSON body containing to and message. to accepts one E.164 phone number or an array. APIM supplies the configured sender, forwards to Azure Communication Services SMS, and returns the provider status and body. The backend uses HMAC in dev and tst, and managed identity in prd.
Validate SMS requests
Accept one phone number or a recipient list with a message body.
Forward through ACS SMS
APIM adds the configured sender and sends the request to Azure Communication Services SMS.
